I practiced for myself

I'm not used to using them, so I don't think I've succeeded. I have 34DD natural boobs and I couldn't make them look very good with tape. The band lifts, but I haven't managed to get a natural look. Although there is an open area on the nipple covers that doesn't have adhesive, it was still a hassle to remove. I'm older and have four kids so maybe my elasticity isn't right for this type of lift. When I tried again I used 2 strips of tape and it got better.
