I bought a set of these lights for my 1996 F250 to replace a broken set on a truck. Gaskets don't seal well, if at all. I'm currently using them temporarily until I can save money to buy better lighting. To make sure they don't leak I used silicone sealant around the holes as the lenses don't sit directly on the roof. The leading and trailing edges of the spacers and lenses on most lights do not touch the roof at all. The factory outlets themselves will not work for them. Mine came with adapters but the plug that fits into standard outlets has a very soft and weak wire and they don't make very good contact. I wouldn't buy them if you were careful not to rust the A-pillars in your truck.
