They are really cute and quite cute but not at 7mm like I was hoping. So I did the next best thing and kinda practiced fitting 8mm. It went well and was actually a lot less painful than I imagined, but it caused a small reaction. And honestly, it could have been my ears that shed the material, but I had both earlobes infected. But with a good cleaning and with the 8mm spares I had I was able to get rid of the infection fairly quickly. In short, be careful. The product itself is good but some details are missing which can be bad if you are an idiot like me. That's why I give 3 stars. I would have given it a 4 as there is good packaging and such, but because I didn't actually have all the parts I probably should have I reduced it to three. The ear infection was probably from my ear repelling the stuff, not something they put in or what caused it. So, I warn anyone doing this little chore, it can be cool and fun, but make sure you keep your shares clean and sanitized throughout the process. It can hurt, but if you get to the point where you feel like you shouldn't go through with it, stop, wait a few more days, and try again. Sometimes you need more time.
