Do not buy a replacement for the Fire Kindle 10.

Do not buy this item for the Fire Kindle. It is not compatible. I bought this to replace my daughter's broken screen and thought the best thing would be to take it to a repair shop. They sent it back to me and said the screen was actually connected to the computer so they couldn't replace it with what I provided them with. The best option for me was to buy a new Kindle. Of course my return window ran LN I'm stuck with a broken screen and a repair kit that is useless.
