Review on LISEN by Alan Sitton

When I hear the word "premium," the first thing that comes to me is something of really high caliber. I was hoping to get anything like that from LISEN, but I didn't. The power adapters and cords looked and felt like they were made of paper mache, and the protective cases were so flimsy that they couldn't even shield my tablet from a little wind. The quality of the client service was exactly the same. It was as if I had been yelling at a brick wall the whole time. It's almost as if they were taught to be unresponsive and unhelpful through some sort of training. If LISEN believes that they are the premier supplier of computer and cell phone accessories, then they should probably rethink the things that they offer. Because in terms of quality, they are most certainly not in the lead where the competition is concerned. Avoid putting unnecessary stress on yourself and stay away from LISEN. Your devices deserve better.
