First, I wear a mask to work every day. Usually disposable, sometimes fabric. Because I wear glasses, I sometimes fog up, and when I adjust the glasses over the mask, I can't always see well through the glasses. That being said, reviews say this insert offers better airflow, reduces fogging, and is comfortable. NO on all three fronts. My glasses fog up worse than ever because you can't pinch the metal in a mask that's closed over the insert. After breathing with and without a pad, make sure that the mask does not lie directly on your face, but retains moisture and is "wetter" than if you only breathe through the mask. And in terms of comfort, it's not easy to stay attached to the mask, it falls apart every time you take it off, creates moisture where the insert touches your skin, and the bridge of the nose isn't flush with your nose. , there is a flat area that presses against your nose. Totally dissatisfied with this purchase. I won't be returning it as the packaging has been opened and that wouldn't be very hygienic - although to be honest they came in a ziploc bag so not very hygienic there either. I guess I'll keep fogging my glasses (best solution for now) and just keep looking. I do NOT recommend this product even if you don't wear glasses. I wish I had wasted my money.
