HORRIBLE PRODUCT, please read

Good idea but rubbish. Plastic plugs do not protect the dowel all the way around. I have a yellow head, she will be destroyed in seconds. Washers should be 4, not 2. One for the inside of the bars of the cage and the other for the outside. The washers are too small for my cage bar spacing. Actually, it wouldn't be hard to get it right, but you've chosen to skip the corners and it's useless to me. I would like a refund please or go through Revain. IF YOU CAN'T DO SOMETHING RIGHT, DON'T DO IT AT ALL! It would be so easy to get it right. I do not understand
