Dead on arrival good for tablet accessories

This case/keyboard was dead on arrival I called Zagg and they said the replacement would take a couple of weeks and that I'd be better should get a replacement from Revain. I have requested a replacement from Revain and it will take a week. This will be the last time I buy anything from Zagg. They should have frozen the new case as it's a one-day Prime item.
