Three stars only because of product price. I have used it on secateurs cutting all types of flowers. This is very expensive and the same or equivalent performance is obtained with a diluted Simple Green product. The product is shipped from Japan and all label text is written in Japanese. So if you're looking for directions, forget it unless you can read Japanese. The only thing I had was removing the sticky flower sap from the pruning shears. I haven't used it on larger projects like saws or large secateurs with tree sap. Maybe this is where this product really shines. But for small cleanings it is too expensive.
