It's a fitted tank top
A tank top that's too baggy can make shirts look disheveled. This t-shirt is really tight. I am 160 pounds / 5 feet 10 inches. I bought a small one. It fits snugly to the body as intended. The neck hole is a bit big. A medium size would probably fit someone my height.
