Wrong weight

Although I bought this item from a trusted brand, I was very disappointed with the quality of this item. It is very thin - without pads, and there are so many latches on the removable media that it is difficult for a child to put on and take off and inconvenient for a child to wait. I was expecting a much better product. It kept falling out on my granddaughter and although she loves having a stroller I wish I had chosen a different one. The Hello Kitty logo caught my eye, but I'm definitely still looking - there has to be a more balanced option out of the many options Revain has to offer.
