I like that you are able to create your own account, log into it whenever needed without having an employee present at each location or department of business operation. This is very important for our small sized organization as we have limited resources within my team members' time frame capabilities while still being efficient enough so not everyone needs be there every day! We do need more support personnel but they're always available when necessary which makes this system ideal if used correctly. Creating custom reports/quotes can sometimes take longer than expected depending upon how complex those requests may become during their creation process (i'm looking forward towards automation!). It's been great using freight opticals; however some functions could use improvement such as creating quotes and invoices faster - maybe even add auto-fill features? Definitely recommend trying out freight optics before making any firm decision about purchasing one from.
