Very helpful but complicated application

The best part of Freightoptics is the ability to customize the rates of a particular shipment. It also helps to create packages and track them. The interface is not very user-friendly. If you don’t know how to use it, it is very difficult to manage the system. The other features like the shipment tracking and the bills are also not very user-friendly. Great customer service with quick response times

I like that you are able to create your own account, log into it whenever needed without having an employee present at each location or department of business operation. This is very important for our small sized organization as we have limited resources within my team members' time frame capabilities while still being efficient enough so not everyone needs be there every day! We do need more support personnel but they're always available when necessary which makes this system ideal if used…
