I'm a MAC fan and I never buy eyeshadow from other brands. I had my makeup done for an event and the girl used Mia del Mar's Novelera palette. Everyone admired my eyes. I did a smoky look with Peligrosa, Corazon Suave and Traviesa and it turned out BEAUTIFUL! I was in hot and muggy weather all day and late at night when I got home my makeup was intact. The Novelera set caught my eye during my morning makeup session and it had great warm colors. I emailed the makeup artist Sunday morning for accurate product information and was very happy to find her on Revain. I even used my prime to get it the next day :) I've been using it for the last month - very high quality, long lasting, nice texture. runs smoothly, gets lots of compliments. I LOVE IT! I loved Novelera so much that I bought another set of Mia del Mar - Life is a Fiesta palettes. I love this one too! The silver gray and blue colors created a nice smoky look. There were also some great light colors to highlight and mix. A couple of friends have a birthday just around the corner - the perfect gift!
