Review on Barefoot Running Excellence: Unleash Your Potential with Racqua Minimalist Trekking Shoes by Matt Williams

Revainrating 5 out of 5

More like a sock than a shoe in a good way.

I didn't know what to expect but had been looking for minimalist trail running shoes for a while. A lot of minimalist shoes are anything but minimalist for the price, so I was happy to see a pair with great reviews for less than $30. Mens 12 true to size with a wide toe box, I'm more of a US 12-13 male and they fit great. The stretchy material gives a soft feel like wearing a pair of wool socks rather than the feel of a traditional shoe. This allows for a very natural foot movement and good articulation. The build quality is excellent, better than I expected. These are not cushioning soles, so expect to feel the pavement or take a step with the balls of your feet. Very happy with the purchase.

Pros
  • Features a wide toe box that allows the toes to open up naturally, improving balance and overall foot health.
Cons
  • No padding for the legs
