The process of creating my own culture was very easy, I could do it in less than 15 minutes! It's great because we have all these templates at hand for different topics or questions (like how important is diversity?) so everything can fit into one template without having too many options available when choosing what works best with us as individuals/the organization itself etcetera.
You need some time before realizing which format fits better within each person but once this happens - no issues anymore :). We are trying out several formats now like team meetings where everyone gets their chance to speak up about something they want /need addressed by management; also internal workshops were really helpful since employees had more confidence speaking freely regarding certain matters concerning work life balance e..t cetrae.
