As soon as I removed the packaging, the head of the product detached. Not only did I have to pay closer attention to the reviewers who also encountered the same problem after using it multiple times. Sometimes you take risks and see what you get even after reading and finding mixed reviews. In this situation, I received a damaged item. I don't think I'll be reordering on a large scale as very little attention has been paid to the packaging itself. It came in light bubble wrap, but the packaging needed to be more secure, especially around the head area. All you need is an extra piece of bubble wrap around your head. I don't think this will increase the shipping cost much, but that's my opinion. Now I'm looking for another hammer for embossing, slightly convex. Hopefully it doesn't get damaged, but you never know what might happen.
