I bought a medium size based on the size chart provided - women's shoes size 7.5 but too big (long). There is over 1.5 inches left on the top of the foot. (Note: I have had to wear and take off boots for over 10 years so I know how they should fit. I used to wear small boots but I ordered according to the chart in case the item size has changed since last purchase.)
