I replaced the previous stand I ordered. The stand is well assembled, everything corresponds to the description. My only problem is that it sits too high for my desktop. I went back to a cheap stand because it sits lower. The stand itself is very well constructed and has a good rotating feature. Like an office chair, the stand has a pneumatic cylinder for lifting, so you can conveniently have your laptop on site. You need some strength to bring it down. Don't worry about it crashing as long as it supports your laptop. You need to assemble something, but they include screws and an Allen key. It doesn't matter much. It really helps if someone can balance the stand when attaching the panels, but you can do it yourself.
