I bought it for massage of the cervical-collar zone, since the work is sedentary. It massages with dignity, not like a professional massage therapist, of course, but it is quite suitable for home use. Three levels of adjustment + the ability to turn on infrared heating. I'm afraid to turn on the maximum level, it presses too hard, I use only the first or second so far. According to the instructions - you can use it to massage other parts of the body, but I have not tried it yet.
