I had to replace the strap that came with the new watch as it was WAY too long and this strap was the perfect choice. I have a medium wrist (6"). As you can see from the photo, this is the perfect length. The strap doesn't stick out of your hand or snag on things. Also, the strap is very flexible and doesn't wrinkle, no kinks around it Wrist, like the other bracelet I recommend this bracelet for women with an average wrist size.
