Good! When I checked out this shoe online I was more impressed by the fact that it was an all black shoe and it was really affordable. I didn't expect this shoe to perform the way it did and still does today. I was upset that they arrived in a plain brown box. At first I thought I had been robbed and received a fake pair of shoes but before jumping to conclusions I would test them. I am never sure what shoe size to order when ordering online because there will always be many answers and a variety of what you will get. I ordered them in size 9. Can't really tell if they fit the form because I wear 8.5-9.0. The way they are made and cut will always be different no matter how many pairs of shoes I buy. It's hit or miss. They're comfortable, but the foam insoles aren't overwhelming. You know they are, but they are not memory foam. I've added a few more of my own bets that I'm known for being a runner. I ran 25 miles the first few days I had them just to test performance. I ran in the rain, in the cold, on the sidewalk and the path. I had no folds of cotton or ruched fabric around the heel or ankle. They were breathable but my feet didn't feel like I was walking on the ground. I was able to wear ski socks comfortably without slipping or slipping. They held up very well throughout my run and that's what impressed me the most about these shoes. My only complaint is that they don't have enough rubber tread to prevent slipping on slippery surfaces and the shoe's tongue kept sliding to one side or the other no matter how I tie the shoes. It could be because they are 1/2 size too big. Even with the tongue in the seam where it is sewn to the shoe, there are no creases. Overall this is a good pair of shoes for the price. I don't expect to buy another pair once they hit 300 miles or so. So far I have driven 75 km.
