Review on Fosi Audio Headphone Digital Converter by Andrea Sweet

I am using a Fosi D4Q with my Mac Mini and a USB hub. It is powered directly from the hub and connected with an optical cable from the hub to Fosi. I mounted with 3M VHB tape. The device is very powerful. The outer case is thick, I opened it up by unscrewing the 4 front screws. The interior is also very solid, with a thick electronics board and excellent soldering points for components. The front grips feel premium. Doesn't heat up. It's hard to say who actually makes these devices as I've seen the same device under a different brand name. The packaging says Made in China. Sometimes you actually get a very well made product from China and that seems to be the case here.
