I didn't get the print showed in the pictures so that was very disappointing. I wanted a cutesy one for our female chinchilla since she had a lot of blue things for some reason. But they gave me a blue pattern that was boyish. As for durability,it lasted a while but she's destructive and eventually destroyed it. The material is thin so she bit holes thru it easily. If they had given the right print, I would've been happier.

I got this really fast. I ordered it on a Thursday and literally got it in my mailbox the next day. My chinchilla loves it! I like the fact that you can hang it from the ceiling because with the other wooden house my chin had he always knocked the house over and it began to be too small for him. This house is spacious and soft. I like the fact that it also comes with a little pillow and it can be folded down into a pet bed without the roof, which is nice in the summer.

All four of my female rats fit fine. The bed itself is cute but won’t last long as they will chew through it. The inside is a foam-like material. I tried to line the inside with fleece because the edges and sides were poking out but my girls were still tempted to chew through. Also, the pillow it comes with will easily be destroyed if you have chewers. Otherwise, nice bed and cute print!Update: I hand washed it for the first time and came out with a lot of loose threads (3rd picture). Still…

The first one that I got didnt have the hanging chains in the box so I exchanged it and my chinchilla loves it so much! As soon as I put it for her she slept in it and doesnt want to leave it 😍😍

I use this for our chinchilla who absolutely adores it. We don't use the hang options much, mostly just to strap to the very top of the cage, but that's mostly because our chinny loves to bounce between levels and we wanted her to go all the way up.

My Pumpkin loves it. He sleeps in it all the time, some times he'll sleep on top of it. Its not noisy or starchy. It is stiff but that provides a good structure.

Guineas love hiding and playing in this. Only problem is it’s already tearing after a week and a half…and it’s on the back side that the guineas don’t touch because it was always hanging. I love that it hangs! I hope it doesn’t keep tearing because my girls really do love it!

I just received this hut today. I was hoping for the fabric that the posting displays. But the owl fabric I received is cute, but I would have liked to pick the fabric myself. That's the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars. It is well comstructed and my chinchilla already likes it.

Our Chinchilla loves his bed. He even perches on top of it and it’s held up well. Not sure if there is a way to make it tear proof but we have that problem with him chewing up anything made from fabric. So far he’s only pulled out the floor/bedding. I would buy it again when it needs replacing.

UGH! You DO NOT get what is pictured. Super disappointed. Wanted the pink ones, didn’t get them. Wanted to hang them, no hangers. Keep shopping. Don’t waste your money. The cushion pattern doesn’t even match the pattern for the house. Ridiculous!

Do NOT buy. The chains that are shown in the picutre and are suppose to come with item do not and they have yet to send me the ones they promised. I have emiled them multiple times and still waiting. I am returning mine asap.

Very nice material and print. My Chinchilla ate the fabric hooks rather quickly so if you have a chewer this may not be for you.

This small animal hanging bed/shelter is almost perfect for my chinchilla and he really likes it. It is easy to use the chain and hooks to move the bed around the cage. I would change only one thing. I would allow for a few more inches on the chains. That would make the bed perfect and allow me more options in positioning the bad.
