The keyboard was amazing while it was working. It's compact, comfortable to type on and the metal base is great. I also like how little it moves thanks to the rubber strips on the bottom of the keyboard. They're really handy. But it stopped working after a week of casual use. I charged it fully, fixed as many bugs as I could, and even tried connecting it to my PC manually. The keyboard turns on but doesn't connect at all. I was very angry. While the keyboard looks and feels amazing, its durability is questionable. This is a risk you take when you buy from unknown brands. UPDATE: After seeing my review, Arteck contacted me and sent me a replacement keyboard. Your customer service team was very friendly and solved my problem in the best possible way. This new keyboard works, but I've noticed that sometimes keystrokes are skipped, especially with the A key for some reason. This is an annoying problem that a little more force will fix. I was offered another free replacement. I initially said no, because it's not only wasteful in terms of production and the environment, but also somewhat superfluous for such a small problem. As time went on, the missing button press issue got worse and more annoying. So I accepted the third keyboard and sent the old one back to Arteck for testing. The third keyboard works great. It still occasionally misses keystrokes (mostly the P key this time), but MUCH less frequently than last time. This may be related to the wireless connection as this seems to be a common problem with many wireless keyboards. I can live with a few missed keystrokes. In any case, this is not a premium wired mechanical keyboard. Plus they even extended my warranty to 3 years! I am amazed at Arteck's exceptional customer service. I'm glad I got through it all because for the price the keyboard is fantastic. If you have problems with your keyboard, contact them first and they will fix everything.
