I suffer from neurodermatitis and my fingers crack and bleed constantly. I use bandages at night to help. The problem I had with the mainstream brand was that the adhesive is so strong that removing the bandages would pull a layer of already dry skin off my fingers, making the problem worse. The problem with store brands is that the pad does not cover the full width of the orthosis. These dressings last all night, do not fray at the edges, do not peel from the skin when removed and the pad covers the full width of the dressing. The packaging is great too.
