Packaging is dented and wrinkled but the glass is NOT cracked or broken but the screen protectors do not fully adhere to the screen no matter how well cleaned and prepared. continues fine but the top edge loosened/pushed up after about 10-15 minutes of sitting. 3. I lay face down on a towel with some magazines on it for about an hour, rolled over and thought it would work, but the top edge still came off after it had been installed for a while longer. Probably should have been sent in strong cardboard instead of a light plastic bag, the cardboard was quite creased and crushed although the plastic bag didn't look damaged. It's only $13, so it's not worth spending more money/time/resources on a return. Tried again as I have been very happy with all the other Sparin products I have purchased and it really looks like it was a ping bug ship!
