You look good. The central hole is enlarged.
Center hole larger than the 3/8 inch stated. It's big enough that you can't glue the wheel onto the 3/8" axle, and the wheel will wobble if left loose. My solution was to drill holes to 7/16" and glue the wheels onto a 7/16" dowel. The toy has a 15/32 through hole to turn the axle inwards.
