They are big enough for a pair of men's shoes. The fabric is heavier than I need but the price is ok. Two pairs of women's ballerinas fit into these bags. I usually buy nicer but not too expensive brands. At the end of the season I clean my shoes and put them away. Now I put them in these pretty bags. When I unpack this box next spring, they'll be ready for another year. I can also use them to keep my clothes clean in my suitcase. I have used bread bags or newspaper bags in the past but they are more durable.
