I originally bought this 4 myself thinking it was like crushed memory foam, like my favorite bamboo pillows, but this isn't the right pillow. I don't know if wording 2 needs to be changed or something, but this is NOT the correct pillow. When I was ready to return it my mom saw the pillow and she liked it and felt it was soft enough and wanted to keep it. This is a very soft pillow, light weight, not cheap and fragile like other pillows, so it is ideal for those who need such a product. I almost gave 2 stars because I originally bought these 4 myself. and wasn't satisfied but because my mum LOVES this pillow 4 herself she gets a higher rating because if my mum is happy then I'm happy.
