Cute but small, size up
I'm 5" 3" 125 lbs and have a fairly curvy figure (my waist is smaller than my hips/hips). I was advised to go one size smaller, but if you have that body type I suggest going one size up. The asymmetrical pink skirt doesn't stretch, so the small size didn't suit me. The skirt is very cute but small.
