I liked the idea behind this product. After a few days of use, it is irritable. The phone must be ideally positioned for charging. Charging isn't slow, but it's not super-fast either. This may be because my phone was in a case, but it works with a case. I like the cup holder setting. The size fits large phones (mine is 6.4 inches) and holds them securely. If you need to charge with a cable, you have enough space to connect the cable. I find the release buttons a bit difficult to press without holding the holder to reach the phone. When you turn off the car, the holder will open if the phone is still in it. It makes a slight beep when the phone is put in and it beeps the same when it stops charging. Returned because positioning the phone has become more difficult for me. Use a regular cable, but then what's the point of the wireless charging cup holder?
