I like how easy it is to set up new memberships or give out rewards! It's also very customizable if you want to add more options than what they have available at first glance. The price is high compared to other platforms so be prepared to pay. There are still some things we don't currently support such as gift cards which would make us lose revenue. But overall, everything looks great. I've heard nothing but good reviews from our customers about this platform. It makes tracking membership levels really simple by allowing me to do all my accounting online.
