They are so comfortable I wear them more than any other brand I own. I bought several different styles of socks at once (this one, some neutral ones that don't show flats, and a few neon colors). Out of all of these, I always gravitate towards these. They are breathable on top with a thinner layer of fabric and then super comfy fabric on the toes and bottom edge. They do not slip in the sock on the heel. I've only bought another brand that actually stays in line with your foot throughout the day so this grip really stays in place and works. And these socks are $60! The ridges are pronounced and hold well, both inside and outside the boot. They wear well even after several washes. I recommend medium or lower drying temperature settings to preserve the synthetic fibers and heel hold.
