Amazing Little Meter

It works from 6 volts to high voltage but I wanted to do something totally safe to control the outlet. I took a phone charger (6V DC) and plugged it into an outlet. The safe end of the charger is connected to the hour meter. Made. I've been using it for several months to keep track of when the power was on. (Actually, the output was controlled by a thermostat.)
