The first week I noticed more movement in my neck and a little less pain which made me happy, but on the third day the charging cover broke off a bit, then the on/off button plate came off, and here are the inner rubber pieces covering the switch and vents fell off, I only found one but should still cover the surface of the button. Disappointed that the spare parts don't last and the bag isn't the best. Instead, I use the Crown Royal bag. Looked through a brochure to order rubber boots, no info on that.
