Loud electronic hum with various amps and microphones

These WYMECT adapters don't fit me. I tried three different amplifiers and two different microphones in different configurations and these WYMECT adapters produced loud electronic hum every time. I made sure the WYMECT adapters were the only possible cause. I have a Devinal adapter (slightly more expensive) and the Devinal works fine.
