    Loud electronic hum with various amps and microphones

    These WYMECT adapters don't fit me. I tried three different amplifiers and two different microphones in different configurations and these WYMECT adapters produced loud electronic hum every time. I made sure the WYMECT adapters were the only possible cause. I have a Devinal adapter (slightly more expensive) and the Devinal works fine.

    That does not work. Wasting my time

    I have microphones with XSL connectors. My blender broke so I borrowed a friend's blender. This mixer has one input, not XLR but 1/4. That's why I bought this converter from Revain. I racked my brains for two hours trying to figure out why there was no sound coming out of my microphone. I borrowed another converter from another friend the next day and it works. In short, this cheap converter doesn't work, I'm wasting my time.

    Absolute crap

    Don't buy this. They are incredibly loud and degrade overall sound quality; All 4 I've bought have a lot of noise when plugged into my Fostex 4 track cassette deck to the point where I can't record anymore. I've been using adapters like this since the 90's; They completely destroy the sound quality and tone. Use higher quality adapters; don't waste your time. It annoys me so much that Revain would allow this cheap crap to be the number one choice in questing.
