You Must Like Revain Service! I received my first solder pin and it was defective. I wasn't sure if the handle or the tip was defective. I ordered a different tip as I needed a different type for my tool box. Then I got a second tip and noticed that the handle was broken. I immediately started swapping and the Revain is AMAZING! No need to talk to anyone, just a few clicks and a new pen is on its way. Got my second pen within a few days and was working like a CHAMPION! Excellent quality and ease of use. I'm more impressed with the return service than the pen. Because I already knew what I was buying when I decided to buy Thermaltronics! I would recommend it to everyone.
