Why haven't I heard of this before? I have calluses on my heels so rough they tear the sheets. Over the years I've tried different methods of dealing with it. Some of them seem so barbaric now, even shedding blood and pain. This file is the fastest I've ever used, it's totally safe and leaves skin smooth. Just unbelievable. And since it's glass, it lasts until it breaks, which brings me to my next point. So why 4 stars? Because it has an uncomfortable shape on the feet - there is nothing to hold on to. It seems like you have to hold on to something that might break if dropped. This file is definitely a keeper for me, but I think attaching it to the handle.
