Be Warned: This Review Exposes Serious Flaws in the NPLUX Online Store As a seasoned do-it-yourselfer, I know the worth of long-lasting materials and components. Unfortunately, I had a terrible time with NPLUX. Despite their claims that they sell high-quality items at fair rates, I was disappointed by what I received.
The things I bought were not only of low quality, but also not sturdy enough for regular use. As an internet shopper, I'm not interested in a company like NPLUX because it seems to put price over quality. In addition, their support services were subpar. There were multiple problems with my purchase, and customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful throughout. In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend it if you're in the market for durable, high-quality goods. Although NPLUX's prices are competitive, I was disappointed by the low quality of both their goods and their customer service.
