Expect trouble... you will pay for!
It's a great tree... when it works. The problem is that it has 4 components (2 stems, 2 tips) and 3 out of 4 have failed in less than a year (with VERY little use we fire it up for a few evenings a couple of times a month). Of course they replace broken parts, but they want you to pay for it! I'm fed up with the replacement costs and the inconvenience of taking the tree down and putting it back up! If you're just looking for something, maybe for a Christmas party, this might be fine. Otherwise, I would suggest that instead of asking your customers to overpay, you look for a better product and/or a company that is willing to pay for its shortcomings. and again.
