A Good Fit for my opinion
In SoCal the weather at times can be a bit warm. I find that polyester witching shirts can be very comfortable when working out. I normally wear a large so I ordered a large and it fit very well. The fabric feels good. I expect to be wearing this shirt quit often.

- You can size down this for a little loose like a large. Very well made
- The shirt may not fit properly, causing discomfort while engaging in physical activities
