Waste of money best in my review
They did give traction while cleats were intact but half of cleats fell out during first use. They do supply extras but at the pace they fall out, only good for a couple of uses. Also, the heal cleat strip is too forward on the foot so if youre a heal stepper, you still need to be extra careful walking on ice.
