just started using this tire. I have to say that after about the first few nights I was able to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night without wanting to scream in pain. HOORAY! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I have swelling on my foot and I'm tall, but the medium fits with enough room. I've read that crossing the bottom two straps for extra support and keeping the heel in place helped, and I do this because my foot likes to press the bar. I also use a wedge and my foot struggles to combat this position, but I think that's how it should work. I can't sleep in this splint so I wear it while relaxing/working on the computer (stretching 4-6 hours) until I feel tired. It helped me with my pain and I really recommend it. I only give it 4 stars because it's uncomfortable to wear while sleeping.
