Just started using these on my 10lb two month old baby. I had to use the smallest button because it's so small. I only have to use one insert. The insert catches all urine and stays dry on the outer fabric. I gave it 5/5 stars for leak protection but it had a blowout the other day and started to come out of the sides. Maybe it was because it was massive wet poop, or because I hadn't pulled it tight enough. But let's face it, no diaper stops a major blowout. These cloth diapers were perfect for her other wet poop. I have two of these sets and I love them!
