I love how easy it was set up as compared to other services out there! It's really simple so anyone can understand it quickly if they have basic knowledge about online stores or social media. They also offer several different plans depending what features you need when setting up an account - from free starter plan all the way to enterprise level pricing packages which include CRM integration etc. Their support team helped us get set up initially but their response time could be shorter especially during peak hours.
