Wait for the resin to set before removing the mold or the silicone will stick to it.
I liked these molds as I have used them for resin coasters but 3 of them were difficult to remove due to the resin stuck to the sides. Be careful and wait at least 24 hours for the resin to cure, maybe that was my fault. I liked that they are big and you can put a cup on them.
