If your teenager plays volleyball or basketball or just wants a "sporty look" then these are Nike socks! We kept arguing about the ankle, the width, 1/4 (quarter) and the plunging neckline. I bought so many pairs in different sizes to match this random rogue pair we had and none of them looked right. My daughter is a sophomore at HS - 5ft 6in 105lbs, size 8 women's shoes. We ordered them on Wednesday. Since none of the other photos conveyed the socks, I posted one with her volleyball shoes on one foot and one without. I can tell you these are Nike's thicker socks and they have that arch support which she loves too! All in all $20 for 3 pairs was amazing and I'm very glad I found them!
