And for the price, it's definitely a must have for anyone involved in the fiber optic repair industry. I put off buying it for years because of the price, but at $25 a share I had to give up. as hot as you can endure after washing to rinse it out. The cold helps prevent it from being pushed further into the pores. I've heard the same thing, only the opposite was a hot wash and then a cold one. I honestly think it's best to hire someone like me to do the glass work for you, after so many years I don't mind.
